El Negocio Tequila Joven is a seventy percent blanco and thirty percent reposado blend from producer 1123. The spirit presents as almost clear with a mild yellow tint, offering bright herbal notes of mint and citrus. Agave remains forward yet slightly muted by subtle barrel influence, creating a buttery palate with distinct grassy and earthy sensations. The finish is medium to long, balancing sweet cooked agave with light acidity. This vintage delivers a complex profile where the reposado rounds out the edges of the primary blanco character without overwhelming the core agave essence.
