This unique vessel size prevents classification as extra añejo while imparting gentle wood character that preserves the spirit’s agave integrity. The profile offers cooked agave, vanilla, and caramel alongside dried fruit and citrus notes. Subtle spices, leather, and floral hints add depth without overwhelming the base. The result is a mellow spirit with a long finish that balances sweetness and mineral undertones effectively.
