El Tesoro Mundial Collection: Laphroaig Edition is a tequila añejo from Jalisco. This spirit uses Tequilana agave and carries NOM 1139. It ages in used Scotch whisky barrels for complexity. Herbal wet grass and mineral earth dominate the nose. Peat moss and medicinal iodine shape the palate deeply. Oak spices and vanilla provide structure against the smoke. The long finish remains herbal with distinct wet grass notes. This label blends La Alteña distillate with Islay cask influence. The deep well water supports the open-air fermentation process in wood tanks. Copper pot distillation ensures a clean spirit profile throughout production.
