El Toril Blanco is a 35 percent abv tequila from Lot B06/22. It presents light sweet cooked agave with a Sprite-like sensation and hints of citrus, lemon, and earth. A white floral note appears initially, followed by resinous sweetness. After resting, agave fiber aromas emerge, which some associate with additives. The palate offers a balanced sweet and sour profile with a rare creamy mouthfeel for this strength. However, an aspartame sensation suggests added sugars that lift intensity rather than letting flavors naturally fade. The finish is short to medium with persistent unnatural sweetness and light citrus notes.

Olfactory Phase
Aromatic profile with a combination of citrus, fruity, herbal and sweet notes. Aromas of pineapple, tangerine and grapefruit stand out, accompanied by apple yellow, mint and cinnamon, along with a sweet caramel note. The intensity aromatic is average, as is the alcoholic sensation.
