ESPACIAL Alto Grado Blanco (1414) is a high-proof tequila from NOM 1465 in Jalisco. It uses Tequilana agave cooked in stone ovens and milled with a roller mill. Fermentation occurs in stainless steel tanks with fibers, yielding cooked agave and white pepper notes. Bright citrus and herbal mint appear alongside mineral structure on the palate. Silky mouthfeel masks the 47% abv, leaving a finish of spearmint and smoke. This production method highlights the deep vegetal intensity while balancing bright fruit nuances like mango with saline elements that provide lasting structure and complexity in every sip.
