Estevanico Tequila Reposado is a Jalisco tequila from Los Valles. This spirit uses 100% Tequilana agave and carries NOM 1438. Producers cook the hearts in stone ovens and autoclaves before milling them with a roller mill. Fermentation occurs in stainless steel tanks without fibers, followed by double distillation in pot stills. Aging takes place in American White Oak pipones barrels for a smooth profile. The result is an accessible spirit suitable for shots or mixed drinks with natural spring water notes.
