Farolito Penca Verde
Farolito Penca Verde is a Joven mezcal distilled in April 2017 from agave roasted in clay ovens. The nose presents damp forest floor, well-worn leather, and clay with abstract sweetness that evolves into mugolio on the palate. Herbal notes of oregano, sage, and lemon zest emerge alongside heavy incense. The finish is meaty and floral with a lingering warmth that balances sweet, floral honeyed tones against earthy richness. This profile offers a delicate yet satisfying structure that appeals to those who enjoy complex, drinkable spirits with distinct mineral character.
