Fortaleza Reposado Winter Blend 2024 is a tequila aged in cream sherry casks. This Jalisco spirit uses Tequilana agave from Los Valles under NOM 1493. Stone oven cooking and tahona milling define its base character before copper pot distillation. Aged in French and American oak, the profile reveals cooked agave alongside vanilla and caramel. Cinnamon and black pepper add warmth to a palate balancing sweetness with vegetal earthiness. Bright citrus acidity cuts through rich notes of dried fruit and dark chocolate on the finish.
