G4 Extra Añejo (5 year) is a five-year aged tequila from Tequila G4, produced in Jalisco under NOM 1579. This spirit uses 100% Tequilana agave, cooked in stone ovens and milled with a tahona. It ferments in open-air stainless steel tanks before double distillation in copper pots. Aging in used American white oak and whisky barrels imparts vanilla, caramel, and dried fruit notes. The profile retains a prominent core of cooked agave alongside subtle hints of pepper, leather, and minerals.
