Gran Cava de Oro Extra Añejo is a Jalisco tequila from NOM 1477. This Cava de Oro expression uses Tequilana agave cooked in stone ovens. Roller milled hearts ferment in stainless steel before double distillation. Aging occurs in French oak barrels for at least three years. The profile leans heavily toward vanilla, caramel, and honey notes. These sweet elements often dominate the subtle agave character on the palate. Drink this spirit as a dessert pairing or after dinner sipper with chocolate. The intense sweetness defines its unique identity among aged spirits.
