Koch Madrecuishe
Koch Madrecuishe is a Joven mezcal from the Miahuatlán region of Oaxaca, produced by Maestro Pedro Hernandez. The nose presents dried bay leaf, tobacco, and wet stone with hints of tonka bean. Palate notes include pink candy popcorn, orchid flower, salted butter, and woody pepper. A floral smokiness emerges alongside flavors of cedar, walnut, and macadamia nut. The finish is dry, tart, and slightly bitter with a crisp wood taste. This spirit balances elegant subtlety with distinct agave character, offering a unique profile defined by its specific lot and artisanal production.
