La Luna Espadincillo
La Luna Espadincillo Joven is a mezcal from Etucuaro, Michoacán. Producers Hernan Hernandez Escot and Isidro Perez Escot craft this spirit using Sp agave. The blend features NOM-M269C and utilizes hand milling with Filipino distillation. A notably sweet profile emerges, marked by confectioners sugar and white chocolate. Roasted agave notes provide structure while light oak smoke adds depth. Vegetal hints of green pepper and artichoke introduce complexity to the palate. Vanilla buttercream and mint lead to a long, sweet finish that dissipates gently. 51 percent ABV ensures a warm sensation lingering pleasantly on the tongue.
