Lost Lore Blanco Still Strength is a 55% abv tequila from Jalisco. NOM 1414 producers use Tequilana agave in Los Altos Southern. Stone oven cooking and roller mill milling precede stainless steel fermentation. Two copper pot distillations yield notes of cooked agave and black pepper. Mint, minerals, cinnamon, and citrus emerge on the nose. Sweet agave dominates the palate with buttery texture and minerality. A long finish delivers lingering heat from black pepper and jalapeño. The spirit balances vegetal bitterness with floral thyme hints for a robust character.
