This spirit is made from Atrovirens agave by Félix Hernández Ruiz using tahona milling and copper distillation. The nose reveals roasted maguey, wax, and fresh earthy vapors with hints of mint. Palate flavors range from steamed vegetables and dried fruit to creamy textures with distinct peppery heat. The finish offers lingering bittersweet sensations and mineral clarity despite a sometimes thin body that fades quickly yet leaves a lasting impression on the tongue.
