Producers Chucho Sanchez and Poncho Sanchez blend Angustifolia and Convallis agaves in copper stills. This 43.9 percent ABV spirit presents a smoky nose with bacon and mesquite notes. Hints of glossy paint emerge alongside the aromatic profile on the initial sniff. The palate delivers heat with flavors of green pepper and sugarcane juice.
