Tahona milling and copper distillation shape this 47.6% spirit. Aromas range from roasted maguey and earthiness to distinct musty notes. Sweet fruit candies balance sharp acidity and astringent finishes. Some batches reveal creamy smoke, while others lean toward chemical or plastic tones. This variation highlights the raw character of the agave species and producer style with clarity.
