Aromas of stone fruit, caramel, cherry, and oak define the nose. Palate notes include sweet caramel, cherry, and mild oak spice. The finish is dry with a short, whiskey-like character. Deep well water supports fermentation in stainless steel tanks. Two distillations in a still with copper coil shape the spirit. The profile prioritizes wood-derived sweetness over agave intensity. Viscous texture complements the barrel-forward flavor profile significantly.
