Nueveuno Tequila Añejo is a 100% Tequilana agave spirit from Jalisco. Produced under NOM 1426 in Los Valles, it ages in used American white oak barrels. The light amber liquid presents notes of cooked agave, vanilla, and caramel on the nose. Palate flavors include chocolate, black pepper, cinnamon, and butterscotch with a lingering finish. This tequila balances sweet barrel influence with savory agave character and mineral undertones. Distillation occurs twice in stainless steel pot stills using deep well water. Open-air fermentation without fibers ensures a clean profile that highlights the agave’s natural sweetness.
