Paquera Ancestral Espadin with Wagyu

Paquera Ancestral Espadin with Wagyu

Oaxaca

Paquera Ancestral Espadin with Wagyu is a pechuga mezcal from Oaxaca. Valentin Orozco Lopez produces this spirit in Santiago Matatlán using Angustifolia agave. The clay pot distillation occurs after seven years of growth at forty eight percent ABV. Aromas of charred meat and lime evolve into lavender and carnations upon exposure to air. The palate delivers a thick mouthfeel with notes of rose water and coconut. Subtle anise emerges in the finish to balance robust savory elements with delicate floral nuances.
