Revolucion Reposado is a tequila from Jalisco, produced under NOM 1123 with Tequilana agave. It features notes of anise, mint, and mild rubber alongside caramel sweetness. The profile highlights herbal flavors and a fairly astringent mouthfeel with a decent finish. Aging in used American White Oak barrels provides subtle influence while agave drives the character. Distillation occurs twice in stainless steel pot stills with copper coils using deep well water. This spirit offers a pleasant sipper with decent value for an accessible entry point into aged tequila.
