Santaleza Tequila Añejo is a 100% Tequilana agave spirit from Jalisco’s Los Altos Southern region. NOM 1604 producers cook the hearts in stone brick ovens before milling them with a tahona wheel. Open-air fermentation in wood tanks yields a base distilled twice in copper pot stills. American White Oak barrels age the liquid to create an easy drinking profile with smooth texture. This 40% abv expression offers straightforward accessibility without demanding rigorous scrutiny from the consumer seeking gentle introduction to agave spirits.
