Master Distiller Sergio Cruz produces this expression at the Vivanco distillery in Arandas, Jalisco. The nose reveals cooked agave, dark chocolate, vanilla, and caramel with subtle barrel spice. Palate flavors of sweet agave, baking spices, and oak harmonize with hints of black pepper. The finish is clean yet lingering, offering a smooth profile that balances sweetness with gentle heat. This elegant spirit highlights the craftsmanship of the Vivanco team in the Los Altos Southern region.
