Siempre Tequila Plata (1414) is a 100% Tequilana Weber blanco from Jalisco’s Los Altos Southern region. Produced by NOM 1414, this spirit undergoes stone cooking and roller milling in copper pot stills. The clear liquid offers notes of cooked agave, bright citrus, and distinct minerality on the nose. Palate flavors include sweet agave, green apple, lime, and black pepper with a buttery texture. The finish remains long and crisp while featuring lingering herbal tones and slight alcohol heat. This expression balances fresh fruit with earthy depth for an easy sipping spirit that stands up well in cocktails.
