Tahona milling provides an earthy base that evolves into wet earth and black cherry notes during aging. Distinctive French oak imparts cinnamon, baking spice, and hazelnut tones to the spirit. The profile leans toward cognac with prominent dried fruit notes like fig and plum alongside leather and amontillado sherry nuances.
