Storywood Tequila Añejo Speyside 14 is an aged spirit matured for fourteen months in American oak barrels previously holding Speyside single malt Scotch. The profile balances earthy, cooked agave with notes of lightly peated whisky and fresh herbs. Oak influences the palate alongside roasted nuts, vanilla, and honeyed orchard fruits like apricot and pear. Subtle smokiness emerges with hints of anise, black pepper, and salinity on the finish. The mouthfeel remains medium and creamy, leaving a lingering impression of toasted oat and Demerara sugar that warms the chest.
