This expression uses Tequilana agave grown in the Ciénega region under NOM 1530. The aroma presents dominant cooked agave alongside green apple and pear notes. You will detect minerals, lactic textures, and ripe fruits on the nose. The palate offers citrus and pepper with burnt sugar and almond cream counterpoints. Olive nuances add depth to the robust spice profile. Despite its high proof, the finish remains long without excessive heat.
