Tequila Cambio Añejo is a 49% ABV spirit aged fifteen to twenty-two months in untoasted, toasted French oak and cognac casks. The profile balances cooked agave with prominent fruit notes like baked apple, dried apricot and grapes. Oak influence delivers vanilla, caramel and butterscotch alongside baking spices such as cinnamon and pepper. The palate reveals dark chocolate, honey and citrus marmalade with a dry finish featuring minerality. This complex blend offers a rich yet balanced character derived from its varied barrel maturation process without overwhelming the agave foundation.
