Tequila Distinguido Añejo is a Jalisco spirit made from Tequilana agave. This 40% abv tequila carries NOM 1413 on its label. Autoclave cooking and roller milling prepare the agave for fermentation in stainless steel tanks. Two distillations in a stainless steel pot still refine the spirit further. Sweet spice, cherry, and anise notes define its aromatic profile clearly. The wood aging process adds depth to these specific flavors. Jalisco producers use this method to create distinct character in every bottle. The result is a balanced spirit that honors regional traditions while offering modern clarity.
