This expression features Tequilana agave cooked in stone ovens and milled with a roller mill. The spirit presents intense notes of cooked agave, citrus, and floral elements alongside distinct minerality. Pepper, anise, and cinnamon provide complexity on the palate with a robust profile near fifty-one percent abv. It offers a long, spicy finish defined by its vibrant agave presence and layered aromatic depth.
