Tesoro Mio Tequila Silver is a blanco tequila from Jalisco. This spirit uses 100% Tequilana agave grown in the Los Altos Southern region. NOM 1592 authorizes production at this distillery in Jalisco. The agave cooks in stone brick ovens and a boiling tank before milling with a diffuser. Fermentation occurs in stainless steel tanks without fibers, followed by double distillation in a column still. Deep well water supports the process at 40% abv. The nose presents distinct non-agave aromas that dominate the initial impression.
