Yeyo Reposado (2023) is a single barrel tequila from Jalisco, aged in ex-rum barrels. This 100% Tequilana agave spirit carries NOM 1414 and originates from Los Altos Southern. The nose presents sweet agave, vanilla, banana, and spice notes like cinnamon and nutmeg. On the palate, unctuous sweetness meets cooked agave, caramel, and earthy undertones. Light yet viscous texture lingers with minty freshness and pepper on the finish. This expression showcases distinct rum cask influence while maintaining a clear agave backbone for complexity.
