100 Años Blanco is a tequila produced in Jalisco by the 100 Años brand under NOM 1102. This spirit uses Tequilana agave cooked in an autoclave after diffuser milling. It ferments in stainless steel tanks and undergoes two distillations in a column still. The aroma presents cooked agave, floral notes, and distinct solvent hints that carry through to the palate. Taste profiles include black pepper, citrus, vegetal grassiness, and a sweet vanilla character that lacks agave authenticity. The finish is short to medium with lingering bitterness and light pepper.
