100 Años Reposado is a Jalisco tequila produced under NOM 1102. This spirit uses Tequilana agave cooked in an autoclave and milled by diffuser. Fermentation occurs in stainless steel tanks before double distillation in a column still. The liquid rests in oak barrels to develop its light amber hue and pepper notes. Palate flavors include black pepper, caramel, sweet green tea, and earthy herbal tones alongside the alcohol presence. The profile offers strong pepper intensity suitable for mixed drinks like vampiros, providing a bold character that defines this specific expression from the Los Valles region.
