Acosta Tequila Joven is a joven tequila from Jalisco. NOM 1137 authorizes production in Los Valles using Agave tequilana Weber. Deep well water supports fermentation in stainless steel tanks without fibers. Stone and brick ovens cook the agave before roller mill extraction. Two distillations in stainless pot stills with copper coils refine the spirit. French oak barrels and cognac casks may impart subtle character to this 40% abv expression. The process ensures a clean profile that honors traditional methods while maintaining modern consistency for the discerning drinker who values authenticity and precision in every bottle.
