Agua del Sol Mexicano, Francisco Garcia León is a Joven Destilado de Agave from Miahuatlán. Rhodacantha agave provides ripe fruit and baking spice notes on the nose. Copper stills with refrescaderas shape the profile, adding mild smokiness and black pepper heat. Palate notes include toasted almond, sandalwood, and honey sweetness alongside athletic rubbery tones. Astringency and savory depth define the finish of this structured expression. The producer uses traditional milling methods to preserve the spirit’s authentic character and regional identity in every bottle.

Color: Crystalline, very bright, with slight cold flashes could be perceived such as silver, very faint bluish or cold light gray under certain lighting conditions. Clarity: Clean and transparent, without impurities or turbidity.
Olfactory Phase
Aromatic profile with a combination of citrus, fruity, herbal and sweet notes. Aromas of pineapple, tangerine and grapefruit stand out, accompanied by apple yellow, mint and cinnamon, along with a sweet caramel note. The intensity aromatic is average, as is the alcoholic sensation.

Citrus and spicy taste profile, with defined flavors of mandarin, grapefruit and cinnamon, which provide a fresh and vibrant acidity. Sweet notes of pineapple are perceived and a sweetness reminiscent of caramel. Acidic flavors predominate, accompanied by a subtle sweetness. The alcoholic sensation is medium-low. The aftertaste shows an average persistence, dominated by citrus notes and fruity. Notes of pineapple, orange and lime are perceived. About the Brand
Agua del Sol was created by Felix Hernández Monterrosa and Adriana Correa, who are perhaps most well-known as the owners and operators of the Mezcales CUISH mezcalerias in Oaxaca City. Given the demands of the two mezcalerias, as well as some additional agave projects, the two of them created Agua del Sol with the intention of using to brand to present tiny batches of mezcal to the world.
