Alacrán 36

Oaxaca

Alacrán 36 is a Joven mezcal from Oaxaca. Lucio Morales Lopez produces this spirit under NOM-O184X in San Dionisio Ocotepec. The mezcalero uses Angustifolia agave aged seven to ten years. Milling occurs in a tahona stone before distillation in copper stills. This unaged expression bottles at 36 percent alcohol by volume. The clear liquid reflects traditional methods without wood contact. Each bottle carries the weight of regional heritage and precision. The producer ensures consistency through careful oversight of every step. This approach honors the agave plant and local customs deeply. The result is a pure taste of Oaxacan terroir today.
