Alma Del Jaguar Añejo - Vino de Naranja Cask is a tequila aged in Spanish wine barrels. This 100 percent Tequilana agave spirit comes from Jalisco, Los Altos Southern. Produced under NOM 1414, it undergoes stone oven cooking and roller mill milling. Fermentation uses stainless steel tanks with open air exposure and champagne yeast. Distillation occurs twice in copper pot stills using deep well water. The profile features honey, wood cooked agave, and pine on the nose. Palate notes include barrel spice, citrus, pepper, and a touch of saltiness.
