Antigua Cruz Añejo is a Jalisco tequila from NOM 1460. This expression uses Tequilana agave cooked in an autoclave and milled by roller mill. Fermentation occurs in stainless steel tanks before double distillation in copper pot stills. The spirit presents a yellow hue with aromas of sweet cooked agave and caramel. Light orange peel and resinous sweetness appear on the nose alongside a hint of menthol. The palate offers balance with light oak influence and lingering sweetness on the finish.

Aromatic profile with a combination of citrus, fruity, herbal and sweet notes. Aromas of pineapple, tangerine and grapefruit stand out, accompanied by apple yellow, mint and cinnamon, along with a sweet caramel note. The intensity aromatic is average, as is the alcoholic sensation.
