Antigua Cruz Reposado is a Jalisco tequila from NOM 1460. This Agave Tequilana spirit uses autoclave cooking and roller milling. Fermentation happens in stainless steel tanks before copper pot distillation. The nose shows barrel spices, mineral notes, and ripe dark fruit. Palate flavors include creamy vanilla and intense orange blossom character. A sweet sour balance defines the mid-palate structure clearly. An earthy finish provides a noticeable bite that lingers long. This contrast between initial sweetness and dry end defines the profile. The light yellow hue reflects the brief barrel aging period well.
