Apocalypto Tequila Añejo is a 100% Tequilana agave spirit from Jalisco’s Los Valles region. Produced under NOM 1137, this tequila features stone cooked agave milled by screw mill. It ferments in stainless steel tanks and undergoes double distillation in a still with copper coil. The profile highlights sweet caramel and vanilla notes reminiscent of Werther’s Original candy. A buttery texture leads to a clean finish with light peppery spice and fair oak influence that defines its character. This spirit offers an accessible entry point for those who prefer sweeter agave expressions with a smooth, consistent mouthfeel.
