Apocalypto Tequila Blanco is a 100% Tequilana agave spirit from Jalisco. This label carries NOM 1137 and originates in Los Valles. Roasted agave aromas lead to a smooth, non-sweet palate. The finish is long and warm without excessive heat. Stainless steel fermentation preserves the clean agave character. Distillation in a copper coil still ensures clarity. Stone oven cooking adds depth to the profile. Screw milling extracts sugars efficiently before fermentation. Two distillations refine the final spirit significantly. This approach creates a straightforward yet distinct character suitable for sipping neat without mixing.
