Arette Unique Añejo is a Mexican tequila bottled at 40 percent alcohol by volume. The spirit presents a yellow hue with aromas of warm oak, spice, and rich agave. Distinct peachy fruitiness and creaminess emerge alongside notes of vanilla and toffee. On the palate, creamy barrel spiciness delivers a pepper kick for a pleasing mouth feel. While light sweet cooked agave and citrus are present, the wood note becomes slightly dominating as the drink sits. The finish offers medium length with lingering hints of fruit and vanilla, suggesting consumption sooner rather than later.
