Steamy crushed gravel after rain adds a distinct mineral character to the nose. Flavors include black pepper heat, cinnamon, sweetness, and a hint of salinity with robust white pepper notes. The finish offers lingering spiciness, slow burn heat, and a dash of fennel seed.
