Atelier del Maestro Tequilero Extra Añejo is a Jalisco tequila aged in American White Oak. NOM 1122 marks this 40% abv spirit from Los Valles, made with Tequilana agave. Deep bronze hues lead to raisin and red fruit aromas on the nose. Palate notes include creamy vanilla, cinnamon, butterscotch, and sweet cooked agave. Plum, cherry, and honey emerge alongside light wood spice in the finish. Lingering heat and medium pepper provide a smooth, refined after-dinner profile that balances agave sweetness with dessert-like richness.
