Berrueco Single Barrel Añejo is a tequila aged in new American White Oak barrels. Nom 1432 producers use Tequilana agave from Jalisco’s Los Valles region. Roller mill processing and double distillation shape this 40 percent abv spirit. Sweet dairy notes like cheesecake and butterscotch define its unique profile. Almond flavors complement the prominent agave character in this distinct expression. Stainless steel tanks host a full fermentation cycle for each batch. This careful approach ensures consistent quality across every bottle released to market. The result is a clear and honest representation of the agave plant.
