Berrueco "Single Barrel" Reposado is a tequila aged in new American White Oak barrels. This spirit comes from Agave tequilana Weber variedad azul grown in Los Valles, Jalisco. NOM 1432 identifies the certified distillery responsible for this specific batch of agave spirits. The roller mill process breaks down the piñas before fermentation occurs in stainless steel tanks. Two distillations refine the spirit to 40% abv while preserving its core agave character. The brief aging adds light color and rounds the edges of the profile significantly.
