Campo Azul Selecto Cristal Reposado is a tequila made from Agave tequilana Weber variedad azul in Jalisco. NOM 1416 identifies the certified distillery responsible for this specific expression. The spirit rests in used American White Oak whisky barrels for two to twelve months. This aging process imparts a light color while allowing the blue agave character to remain prominent. Deep well water supports fermentation in stainless steel tanks without fibers before double distillation. The result is a balanced spirit that highlights the regional terroir of Southern Los Altos.
