Campo Azul Selecto Reposado is a 100% Tequilana agave tequila from Jalisco. NOM 1416 oversees production in Los Altos Southern using stone ovens and roller mills. Stainless steel tanks facilitate open-air fermentation without fibers before double distillation in copper pot stills. American white oak whisky barrels impart cooked agave, oak, and black pepper notes. Vanilla and herbaceous hints emerge alongside a creamy texture with subtle lime and grass flavors. The finish persists with cooked agave, though some sources note a quick dissipating character or solvent hints.
