Carbonero Tequila Blanco is a 100% agave spirit from Jalisco. It uses the Tequilana Weber species in Los Altos Southern regions. NOM 1580 oversees production at this facility. Stone brick ovens cook the hearts before roller mill extraction. Stainless steel tanks handle fermentation with classical music playing. Copper pot stills perform a two distillation process at 40% abv. The profile presents industrial aromas reminiscent of diesel fuel. Sharp chemical characteristics define the taste rather than traditional sweetness. Methanol notes suggest the use of heads and tails in the batch. This unconventional approach yields a spirit with distinct pungency.
