Tierra de Ensueño Tequila Blanco is a 42% abv spirit from Jalisco’s Los Altos Southern region. Produced under NOM 1580, it uses Tequilana agave cooked in stone ovens. The distillate rests briefly in American White Oak barrels to add complexity. Notes of cooked agave, citrus, and minerality lead the nose. Palate flavors include cinnamon, vanilla, and vegetal earthiness with a silky texture. This short aging maintains its blanco integrity while offering distinct character. The finish lingers with spice and sweet agave characteristics derived from its specific barrel interaction.
